    German Chocolate Cake is one of my all time favorite cakes, you simply cannot go wrong.
    There is nothing better than a mouth watering piece of chocolate cake with coconut and roasted pecan frosting.
    The light fluffy cake along with the richness of the toasted pecans and buttery frosting is sure to leave you craving for more.
    This decadent creation is not only delicious but will serve up to 14 of your guests.

    It's simple. It's rich. It's all chocolate, with a homemade whipped cream filling!
    This treat is definitely for chocolate lovers only - our luscious, moist chocolate cake is enrobed in a heavenly chocolate frosting.

      and creamy chocolate fudge frosting. Packed with whole walnuts and Golden ground flaxseed.
      These are sure to please - freeze up to 3 months.
    - Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies
      Just as delectable as the Fudge Brownie, except these have double the chocolate and no nuts.

    - Almond or Walnut Crescents - $12.00 per batch of 30 cookies
      This light, crumbly, butter-nut cookie is about 2" long, curved into a crescent shape.
      Perfect for dunking! Light on sugar, and tall on flavor. Delightful!   

    - Gram Cracker Shortbread Cookie Bar - $10.00 per dozen  
      A mild flavored cookie bar dipped in chocolate,
      great for dunking in milk or having it with coffee.

    - Peanut Butter Ripple - $8.00 per dozen
      This is a delicate "melt in your mouth" chocolate cookie with creamy peanut butter filling.
      About 2" around, great for parties, light and flavorful.

    - Rugelach (Walnut Horns) - $15.00 per batch of 30 cookies
      A cream cheese cookie with chopped walnuts, currants & cinnamon
      rolled into a crescent shape about 2" long. Great little cookie to go with coffee.

    - Zucchini Blueberry Banana Bread - $10.00 each
      A recipe handed down through the generations with a creative burst of fruit flavors.
      Moist and spicy. You will want to freeze one or two to give as gifts!

    - Zucchini Bread with Walnuts - $10.00 each
      This classic recipe is always a welcome treat. Made with garden fresh organic zucchini,
      the finest ingredients, and we added ground Organic Golden Flaxseed!  This is a treat for your palate!

All our ingredients are as fresh and wholesome as we can get them. Only farm fresh eggs, real butter, the finest chocolate and fruit fillings are used. Each item you order is specially made to your satisfaction. We bake fresh daily and would appreciate a few days notice in advance for orders, one week in advance for the holidays. Special orders by request - We are willing to make your sweet dreams come true. All orders can be shipped within the U.S. (call or email us for details) or picked up in Cherry Valley, Cobleskill, Cooperstown and surrounding areas. Also delivery at an agreed upon place and time is possible.
